CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES BETWEEN USER AND SOGITECK

1. GENERAL CONTRACT CONDITIONS. INFORMATION PRIOR TO RECRUITMENT

1.1 These general terms and conditions together, where appropriate, with conditions that may be established, expressly regulate the relations arising between Management Company Internet Services, SL., Residing in Valencian Plaza No 14 - B 46,960 Aldaia ( Valencia), and CIF B-97491369 (hereinafter SOGITECK) and third (hereinafter Users) contracting for the provision of services or products offered through the Portal.
1.2 These General Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of services of information society and e-commerce, Law 7 / 1998 on General Conditions of Contract, the Royal Decree 1906/1999 which regulates the telephone and electronic contracting with general conditions in the implementation of Article 5.3 of Law 7 / 1998, Law 26/1984 General Defence of Consumers and Users, Law 7 / 1996 of the Retail Trade, Royal Decree-Law 14/1999 regulating the electronic signature and how laws are applicable.

2. SERVICES OFFERED. ACCESS TO SERVICES

2.5 Once placed an order the Customer Care Dept of SOGITECK send the User by e-mail proof of the completed contract to be attached to the invoice to be attached to the delivery of it.

3. GOVERNING LAW. Outside SUBMISSION

3.1 This contract shall be governed by Spanish law, which applies in matters not provided for in this agreement in the interpretation, validity and performance.
3.2 The parties expressly waive the immunity they may have and submit themselves to the courts of Valencia to resolve any dispute that may arise in the performance of these contract terms.

4. Privacy and data protection

It exempts MANAGEMENT COMPANY INTERNET SERVICES SLde responsibility for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of user errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by MANAGEMENT COMPANY INTERNET SERVICES SL whenever it comes from sources outside SOCIETY INTERNET SERVICES MANAGEMENT SL

7. Purpose
